Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If an item didn’t work for you, we gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

Return Window

  • Items must be shipped back within 14 days of receiving your order.

Condition of Items

  • Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Exclusions & Store Credit

  • Made-to-order pieces are not eligible for refunds.

  • If a made-to-order piece doesn’t work for you, it may be eligible for store credit instead. Please contact us to confirm eligibility before returning.

Shipping Costs

  • We do not cover return shipping costs. Customers are responsible for all return shipping expenses.

Process

Refunds & Store Credit

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned items, refunds or store credits will be processed accordingly.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, while store credits will be provided in the form of a digital gift card.

  • Please allow up to 30 days for a refund or store credit to be processed.
