Return Window

Items must be shipped back within 14 days of receiving your order.
Condition of Items

Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Exclusions & Store Credit

Made-to-order pieces are not eligible for refunds.

If a made-to-order piece doesn’t work for you, it may be eligible for store credit instead. Please contact us to confirm eligibility before returning.
Shipping Costs

We do not cover return shipping costs. Customers are responsible for all return shipping expenses.

Refunds & Store Credit

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, refunds or store credits will be processed accordingly.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, while store credits will be provided in the form of a digital gift card.
